Who should start with the 3P Audit? +
Any brand that suspects they're leaving money on the table but isn't sure where. The Audit gives you a scored, prioritized picture of your account — PDP quality, ASIN opportunity gaps, ad waste, supply chain risk, and brand protection vulnerabilities — in 2–3 weeks. It's the fastest way to know where to focus, whether you engage us further or not.
What does a True Partner arrangement actually look like? +
It varies by brand. In some cases we become the sole third-party reseller — we purchase inventory, own the Amazon channel, and pay the brand at wholesale. In others we operate as your in-house Amazon team with a performance stake. We've also structured co-investment arrangements for brands we believe in at the category level. Every True Partner deal is designed from scratch around what makes sense for both sides.
How selective are you really? +
Very. We take on a small number of new partners per year and turn down far more than we accept. We're looking for brands with real category potential, founders or operators who move fast, and a willingness to treat the Amazon channel as a strategic priority — not an afterthought. If that's not you yet, the Strategy Sprint is a good way to get there.
How long until we see results? +
Advertising efficiency improvements show within 30–60 days. Listing and SEO compound over 60–90 days. Inventory health improvements are near-immediate. We set realistic 90-day milestone targets during onboarding and share them with you before we start.
What categories do you specialize in? +

Yes. We support Amazon CA, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, and AU. International expansion is part of True Partner arrangements or available as an add-on for Strategy Sprint clients once the US channel is stable.
